the only yaoi I've read where it's being realistic. Not everyone in real life is perfect, with sculpted facial features and amazingly fit bodies. The fact that he got plastic surgery makes the story seem more real and plausible. just my opinion though.

Honestly, this is the best thing I've ever read. The emotions that this manhwa puts you through, as if you were actually there is fantastic. Plot, characters and the way it was put together is amazing. BEST MANHWA I'VE READ BY FAR 100% RECOMMEND IT!!
