I absolutely love this story however, like, I recently read it again and realised that Kyouya literally gaslit Erika most the time and wasn’t really considerate and that’s a red flag.
But this is a work of fiction which I do absolutely adore, I’m just saying if you encounter a guy like this in real life DO NOT ENGAGE. (Unless you’re into that sort of thing ehe) all in all love this romance

Like yes, I understand why a lot of people are upset with the characters, plot and whole story BUT. Gotta say, sometimes shit like this is a breath of fresh fucking reality. This is one of the stories that just wakes me up and is different from all the carbon copy revenge romance plots. I came back to this to remind myself of what reality is: most of the time people don’t change and fucked up people in fucked up situations aren’t excluded from romance.
Like yes, you want the story to turn out “better” but it doesn’t and that’s life. Love this story unapologetically.

I’m sorry but the fact that Yoonseo and the Boss didn’t tell their fathers straight up that they didn’t want to get married just annoyed me. Like, do you guys not have your own will or are you just going to keep following your fathers wishes and keep being insensitive to the feelings of the people around you. Also the fact that the top didn’t explain it the situation to the bottom and straight out told him “I’m getting married to this woman” not even caring about his feelings. AAAARRRGHHHH!!! Basically dropped it at ch18 to rant about this lol.
I’ll get back to it tho to see if the story redeems itself. But from reading there comments, I feel like it won’t.

Tbh, I found it quite annoying that Evie has so little self respect that she just kept liking mr Han. And the fact that she also used kyuyoung which ended up making him hurt her and I’m definitely not excusing his behaviour.
However, this turned out to be better than I thought when it was done and more realistic than other romance. I just wished there was more Evie and Yuha.

Wtf!!!?? Literally the worst uke ever. Like, you literally let your friends tell you what love is and started doubting the REALLY GOOD relationship you had with Jamil. And btw, the whole thing was just so rushed that the characters felt so fake and weren’t engaging at all. Also the fact that the whole second half of the story was bit*h Jan with blonde and the only good character in the story was tossed aside as “the other guy”. One of the worst stories I’ve ever read. Jan’s logic has literally pushed my faith down to new lows. I didn’t know a character could be this hate-able

After following this series for years and reading more times than I can count, I am proud to say this is my absolute favourite manhua. I look forward to the anime adaption and hope it will be a good one as I’m sure the whole community wishes to see the fruits of one of the greatest artists of all time, Jang Sung-Rak. Literally the number 1

I can’t imagine how horrible that mum could have been cause like? YOU DONT SAY THAT TO YOUR DAUGHTER MAN! And on top of it, the ex was like “I’m gonna sue him”??? Excuse me?!! You literally can’t sue someone if you don’t have a reasonable argument to why. Like, the ML could literally sue him for stalking. Also the way none of his coworkers stepped in to stop him abusing his ex like?? Also I wanted to at least see him fired for that kind of public display.

All in all tho cute main couple even if the whole ex thing being a bully wasn’t necessary. They could’ve just left it at “she wasn’t ready for another relationship after her overbearing ex”.

Oh my god Kouya is sooooo annoying. I hope Asahi stays with Tastuo because it is obvious that he cares so much more about her that Kouya did. Like, yes Kouya helped her overcome her trauma with intercourse but he didn’t really see her as a person and didn’t communicate with her like a respectful couple would cause he was too wrapped up in insecurity. Tastuo is so much better as a partner since he actually cares about her being satisfied and on top of that, he actually is trying to be more expressive to match Asahi. I just want Asahi to stay with the mature and sexy Tastuo.

PS: one of the main reasons why Tastuo works so much better with Asahi that Kouya is because he is less insecure about himself and is really comfortable in his own skin. Its exactly why her ex husband didn’t work because he was so insecure about Asahi being “better” than him. Which is complete bull.

I love this author’s work, their art style is so simple and elegant. This set of stories did not disappoint as I have also read Wolf in the House. I love love loved it even tho it made me ugly cry. And I like how even tho there were still incomplete stories, the author came back to finish Misha and Gian happily.
