I love this story and I'm grateful for it being translated. BUT the way you talk to people in your author note is beyond disgusting. As a trans man, I don't think this is transphobic. They made it very clear that he is not trans and is cross dressing cause he loves it and you know what good on him. In real life there are a lot of straight men who cross dress because they enjoy it and really to see it done positively in a manga is nice. it's also nice that he looks like a dude, a well toned man in a dress, and not perfectly like a woman. Also those reactions he's getting while walking around are sadly how a lot of people in real life react to trans women who are dressing as they please and cis men who cross dress in public.

Overall This manga is important not just because it's two hot dudes who are going to bang but because it does raise a lot of discussions. I've already seen people in the comments reaffirming the point that just because you cross dress doesn't mean you're gay, and that's great. We need more of that. And I'm going to stop now before I continue to rant. But my point is no it's not transphobic to have one of your main characters be a straight man cross dressing.
