YESSSS. And he basically watched her grow up even if he wasn’t always present. That first flashback left me so shocked because she basically looks like a toddler
i was kind of interesting on the first season, then the art changed and i dont know how to feel abt that. the later chapters are definitely boring. i also didnt like how the princess got reduced to a blushing mess on the special chapters , minus points for that .
to be honest, i really didn't have a high expectations for this one. i thought i would be just like any other romance fantasy manhwa's i have read. i never expected to bawl my eyes out reading this.
what a beautiful story. i especially liked the misunderstandings between cedric and dillion. it almost felt like i was reading an ao3 fic, my heart was throbbing like crazy from the anticipation.

this is a fun read yet very very forgettable. the villains didnt work as much as i hoped. this took me soooo long to finish cuz it wasnt exciting enough. the children on the other hand, made this story feel more cohesive. im just sad that they didnt get much of an exposure in the finale, especially danny. i hope the author and artist will make a sequel showing the friendship and life of the kids after.
