I feel like that has a lot to do with how she lived her life. I think Mincheol had lots to do with that. She wasn’t able to grow as a person with that manipulative shit around her. He was literally holding her down in many ways. She now has a chance to rediscover herself lol

That’s true! It wasn’t always like that but it could be a possibility of not knowing any better at the time either. They got together really young, and probably didn’t know how to explore each other properly and then at some point their relationship turned into what we see in the story. You are right tho, the author doesn’t specify when exactly Mincheol became like he is.

Obviously I haven’t read the novel but the plot holes in this story is crazy. She was blind throughout her marriage not dumb, unless he somehow changed his entire physique, she should still be able to recognize his body. “I can recognize my husbands penis” obviously not girl. She’s literally living with him, I get his behavior ain’t the same as when he was playing the role of her husband, but his body is the same
They changed hos voice , his body ( with silicone to hide the abs and give him a soft touch ) changed his hair and he took suppressents to make his d*ck smaller even when arroused, i dont think she can recongnize him either
