Ok so... That account is a fan account, not an actual artist. If you actually go through most of her posts, its mostly illustration of various mangas/manhwas. Basically she posting artists illustrations, not her own. The original art of hirose x otogiri came from the actual author's account and i remember well it dropped like a nuke and the art is actually an apocalypse. If its just a fanart, it wouldnt be that big of deal and ppl would just brush it off. The art itself actually traumatised all of the series fandom,why?cuz it came from the actual author. Another proof is that the author had 2 other mangas that featured romance between teacher x student. People kinda figured its the author's taste/fetish.
K so another proof is that you can literally peek one of the official illustration in wiki where hirose is laying on top of otogiri. Pretty sure thats not how normal student and teacher would do. But yep i appreciate you trying to cover the author and if i have any misinformation, please do correct me

I only could say about the history since i already see it by myself and if you go deeper to the comments from other platform that posted the art, it full of how they just hated the ship and wondering wy the author would draw it. NO comment talk about its not authors drawings except for YOU. Here after re-reading this manga for the third time and just love. I know people are upset about the ending but, let's be honest, a cliche romantic ending would have just makes as cringe XD and ranma confession was hella worth it.
