as a long time reader of this bl aka read when it was released, I think both ml is icky and now I think the black hair ml actually grew on me. His reasoning are actually understandable, grew up with no love and liking someone just because of the little kindness they gave. Obviously he's not innocent but neither is the grey hair ml though his reasoning are shittier ngl like I can't wrapped my head around how he's prolly just now liked mc and not long ago bc he can fuck others just as freely, doesn't even consider mc feelings at the start.

He's been using mc from the start—gaslighting, blackmailing, and manipulating him.
Firstly, he blackmailed mc and basically forced him to have sex with him, then he knotted mc without consent while he was in heat. He's then proceeded to convince himself and mc that the baby was his. He knew how much mc wanted to protect the baby, and how much he loved it, so the cop literally used that as a way to keep mc close. He also showered him with pheromones, despite the fact that he visibly rejecting them, and was nothing but uncomfortable the whole time they spent with each other.
Also, all of the cops actions and manipulation tactics seemed intentional to me from the very start, while the other guy just looked stupid in the head. White haired guy isn't great, but at the end of the day he's just a clueless jerk who's lowk retarted. I really don't understand how you can prefer the cop, he's honestly just a horrible person, no matter his upbringing or background. Despite being fucked up, he should understand that raping the person he supposedly "likes" really isn't the way to go.

Hmm I've reached a part of the novel where cha eui-jae lets the world know that J is back but he doesn't reveal that its him, its like he's continuing his identity as J as well as Cha eui-jae who works at hangover soup restaurant. Also would like to add that when he decides to reveal to the world that J is back, he revealed to 3 people that he is J, one of them being sayoung of course (but sayoung wasn't shocked at all by this)
