Summary: it started out with two young boys but one was younger than the other (Older one is MC) and the MC talks about how he is adorable and cherishes (?) him and they get split up so the younger makes a promise to come back and see the MC. Years later, MC is an adult and gets a knock at the door, and claims to be the boy who promised to see him, but he is no longer adorable or small, hes actually tall and hansome, taller than the MC despite being younger. MC ends up being the Uke.

So i remember reading this Yaoi (webtoon im p sure) and i remember this particular scene where the dog(or wolf)-human hybrid was taken to the vet by his lover(?) and the vet was actually pretty evil , then the guy points out her nails before she tried giving the wolf/dog a shot.
