No hate to anyone who created this but I just been wondering in almost all Korean manhwa the characters tend to be always mixed with White people or is associated with USA or Europe. Rarely I've seen South Asia, South East Asia or Central Asia also Africa. It's just always Korean with a mixed white parent. I know that Koreans are racist af that they themselves look upto White people but reading this in every Manhwa feels tiring as a Brown person of Color. Even in Kpop everything is in English, the lyrics barely has any Korean now
I think the reason the creator made Mincheol handsome is because the creator wants us readers to know that the difference between Taeha and Mincheol is money and wealth. Now what if Taeha was in Mincheol's position? This is what Na Haesoo thinks all the time. Will Taeha do something different if he was in Mincheol's shoe and treat Haesoo like how he treats her now? Does money and cruelty of the world dictate how evil people can be? That economic conditions shapes our choices in life
Economic conditions very much shape choices. It's not sudden but after enough time, if becomes obvious how much people have changed. Love can't thrive where there's poverty and by poverty I don't mean just struggling to make ends meet. I mean this, what they had. Idk if it's bad but I ended up shedding a tear for the young him as I read this chapter because no matter how much of an asshole he is right now, it's undeniable that he went through utter shit since childhood.
I want Shi Yan and Shu Yi back not Stefan and Silvia or whatever. I hate when a Chinese manhwa gets White people name. Do you do that Korean manhwa or Japanese manga?? Now let's Name Gojo Satoru to Gorden Stanley
Not Gorden Stanley anyway, you can read leslie and the victims translation here https://leslie-victims.pages.dev/?series=Accidental+Love they kept Shu Yi's and Shi Yan's name ^^

They CRACKED.....NO...THEY MADE LOOOOOOVE
