There's two types of "fucked up" manga out there. There's the dark ones that leave you crying for a few days and there's the ones that make you want to wash your eyes out with bleach. This was the latter.

Eh, I don't hate all shotacon, just 98% of them. I've read 2 shota that I've somewhat liked, one of which was nii-chan but that's unlike the typical shota. Male preg is a no go for me though. I didn't even read that manga posted. Scrolled down to the first image said "Nope" and closed the tab lol.
What about adult shota? A lot of people forget that shota isn't just adultXchild. It also includes manga where one of the men looks like a little kid, but is actually an adult. I've read one. Made me really uncomfortable, though. XD
I've read a few like that but didn't care for it. If it had a good plot maybe, but those are typically smut and when does smut ever have a good plot? Scrawny ukes (or semes) is a huge turn off for me. When they look like children it's worse. If the plot sucks and the smut turns me off why even read it (〜￣△￣)〜
