The only ways to get free coins is by downloading the lezhin plus app, which gives you 10 free coins, and logging into the Korean site daily for a month, which varies in the amount of coins given. Unfortunately the app can only be downloaded on Android devices (I also found it's compatible with Fire tablets). This month Lezhin is giving away 4 free coins but you would have had to log in everyday to get all 4 so at this point you can only get 3.
