Planning to read this but comments said this is ai generated especially on chapter 56 so I looked it up and all I could say is the author seems indeed use ai generated image for the background especially on the landscape image but pretty sure all the characters were hand drawing. Should I still read this or not... ㅠㅠ
Skip it.. it ain't worth it. Its better to read other artist works than something with ai.. its demeaning to the other artist
I never understood this, I mean is it was like those Ai drama click bait yes I’d drop it, but it is literally an author using generator for backgrounds. Am I going to penalize every manga artist who use prefabs? I mean, how many have that generic castle used as background. I don’t expect every manga drawer to be good at architecture drawing ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
That castle is a prop.. a genuine bg drawn by other artist. Many background are there sometimes free and sometimes paid all available on csp or acon3d apps. I'm saying that instead of using ai there is many other bg easily sold or put up free by other artist on various platforms.
And its not "drawer" they are "artist"
as a artist major in college i hands down agree. If anything should be supported for AI art it’s being a godsend for a person who has to punch out 45 to 70 drawings in a week just to complete 1 chapter. Backgrounds take up an abnormally long set of time for something people dont often notice compared to the foreground. Why do you think 3d models are used so much? Im sorry but I keep seeing the goddess and my mind thinks swole Chad carrot
Im not a supporter of ai especially when used for art but I think the artist is trying their best. Im gonna give the artist the benefit of the doubt and say that they’re probably overworked or cant meet their deadlines. That might be why there was a light art change mid manwha and that it was only used for backgrounds. Ofc there are better ways to go about shortcuts for art but I just think it was to meet deadlines and maybe shorter staff. The manwha is absolutely enjoyable putting the ai aside and I think it’s worth it.
