Im trying to find this manga/hwa/hua-- So it goes like this
There was this brown haired adult woman that has the blue system ( yk- the thing that happened to sung jinwoo when he was in a verge of death ). She was in the hospital and the system made her save a person by tapping the circles ( Something like osu ) and she somehow saved that person.

I think the manga adaptation never get fully translated but there's anime adaptation if you prefer
