This art style or the way the panels are reminds me of a webtoon I read a while back and the names of the characters were colours and even the colouring would be quite simple like this. I wonder if it was the same Author. Can't rmbr the name. I think it had multiple couples.
This is a wreck. I read the novel and it doesn't get better. I liked it cause of the art but the novel is insufferable.

No spoilers but it's just a lot of back and forth, ML is an obsessive psycho. MC keeps bordering how he likes him but he doesn't. Lot of MC monologue about being unsure but he's a clever guy but so dumb at the same time.
