Uhhh idk different instruments. I just remember a kid playing/learning an instrument that looked similar. Pretty sure the actor of the main character is the same actor of The Good Doctor
Yeah, his mum in that one is a famous cellist and gave him up for adoption and he goes to New York to find his parents. He's a musical genius and plays the guitar by slapping it. In the end he conducts his own composition and his parents find each other in the audience. Violin doesn't really feature in that movie

I wish they took their time developing the relationship since everything until has been a slow burn, also if they were never gonna explain what the system was and the issue with the store's manager was why bring it up in the first place. I understand that mostly they wanted to go with the fluff, slow burn and comedy but (╯°Д °)╯╧╧.
Doll of salt plot gave me A.I artificial intelligence vibe ,one of the saddest movies I have watched.
Real that one give me emotional damage. That movie is older than me but it stands the test of time, I still rewatch it from time to time it doesn't feel old school at all. Some movies aged like milk and give off relic of the past vibe when you watch it but that one remains one of the best movies out there for me personally
fr, that movie is forever imprinted into 6 y/o me's memories. watching it as a child essentially makes you experience indignation and grief that you weren't even old enough to describe.
Is it me or did they change the art style again in chapter 60. Is definitely different but I cannot tell if they went back to the original or if they change so it could look like it.

I think it's because of his patriachic ideology and he wants his daughter to marry someone with equal standing but since she marry an ordinary man, he exiled(?) her. And I think this is typical to those with traditional views.
from what im getting, his patriarchal views are only for business purpose, like he only wants a son to inherit his company. kicking his daughter just because she married a commoner all while claiming she's his favorite child doesn't make sense.
I think yall are forgetting but as much as he kicked her "out" she left because he refused to accept her husband. Their relationship was mutually broken at the time.
it all stems from the grandfather anyway, he knew she's the only child skilled enough to handle the company and also his favorite child, but he got angry over her choice in marriage to the point of losing contacts for decade. the uncle kept saying she never contacted them but did gramps ever reached out first to reconcile (aside from asking hyun to stay)? who knows lol
