his infinite circle is imperfect, and he still only has 3 stars, so it would be nonsense if he was able to beat renowned people just for plot armor. give it time
Hes got 3 stars. Although the infinite circle allows him to use more advance magic, he cant really use it too much cause it strains his body. As you can see, he can use 4 star and above magic, but his body cannot exactly handle it for long. Either he raise his star level or perfect the infinite circle.

I be thinking the same thing but then I kind of understand because I don’t want him to be like those overpowered books where they just have no point in doing anything because they can literally beat everything. But I do still find it disappointing that he’s going on twenty and is only four stars
his growth rate is still incredibly high compared to people his age. its not "just" 4th, considering he focused on honing magic, its actually incredible
