Damn, this is good. The art, the story, the characters, the romance ... what a great read.
This story is so intense, but really interesting and unexpected. I like how the Emperor is led toward change, toward doing what is right, toward being more compassionate. It will be fun to see if he can actually win this guy's heart.
The webtoon is a bit mixed up with trying to mesh two different scanlation groups, but the novel is worth reading.

I have to echo what some readers are saying: beautiful art, but boring story. The couple are mature and self-responsible, but there is no excitement or tension.
