I mean... Was good but rushed?? But also not?? Maybe that's not the right word for it. It was a great plot, but I just wish it made more sense or had more details... I suppose.
nah i agree. that brainwash plot point that barely even lasted felt really rushed and kinda useless. like it was just an excuse to get her to level up yet again and go defeat the saintess quickly
I will not lie... I'm so friggin confused with this plot. Is it just that they started off as fuck buddies? I'm on chapter 6 and I still don't understand how they know each other or any sort of context except for that "boss" is crazy about "master".

Also something I don't get at all is how the hell is she acting all embarrassed and crap when they've only known each other for maybe a week? If that?? Honestly, he's kind of creepy for watching her since childhood with his freaking spirit friend. He knows a lot about her but she knows the bare minimum about him. Maybe it's because she's 15? No idea.
I know my feelings just took a complete 180 but I'm so conflicted on how to feel.
