That is pretty random? Why 19+ instead of your usual 18+? Very odd... to me at least since I have seen much more revealing stuff and it is normally just 18+, oh well.
It's 19+ because in Korea, you're an adult when you turn 19, unlike America where you're an adult when you turn 18.

Koreans tends to add a year from our normal age calculation.
