I don't think Shirotani is a masochistic, I think he is extremely sensitive because this is not just his first sexual experience, but he's not used to any kind of human affection, so he's oversensitive to touch and caresses. (That's why he's overly awere of things like the way Kurose eats, and drinking from the same bottle than him, and he got aroused when he realised he was wearing Kurose's clothes). However, Shirotani is really gullible right now, so if Kurose keeps taking adventage of him like this, he will start to relate sexual pleasure to pain and submission.
As for Kurose... I don't know what to think of him. But, certainly, he has some stange fetishes... (like seing people crying, or being sick...)
