Chapter 197 seems kind of inconsistent to be honest. Why on earth would ML kill Ah Zhu instead of the guy who literally confessed to Yangyang? It seems pretty obvious that Yangyang is gay af, seeing that he’s only ever been attracted to men’s looks (ML, Sakurada (the pretty pink haired omega), ML when he didn’t recognize him), and Ah Zhu never had romantic feelings for Yangyang. She very clearly treated him as a little brother. You’re telling me ML felt the need to kill her over the guy who MC literally snuck out of heaven to help? It kind of feels like the author needed a serious conflict between MC and ML so they worsened the ML’s character and had him kill an innocent character when he had little to no motive to actually kill them.
In my opinion or as I remember, ml killed her because mc and she had a very strong bond(he wanted to be the only one mc needs) and that he had some idea about the mcs true identity and him jumping through various worlds so inorder to keep the cycle going and as you'll see making himself the only one by his side he kills her. In next chapter they show how ml wipes out mcs memory, sending him to next world and seeing what mc said this might not be the first time this happened plus the scene of mcs og body in the hospital bed.
My theory is that ml loves mc, is some kind of higher being, mc is actually in a coma and is jumping worlds as a way(even if he's unaware) to revive himself. I'm thinking that afterward mc will wake up in og body to discover he's actually alive but ml will either disappear or forget mc.

Nope but you'll find it interesting enough to want more, I'm currently reading from the start so I don't remember if there was a pirate troup although there was one where mc was a mermaid. Still, I for one, even now, wish for more chapters.
Damn was this good. I can’t help but see Brian and Ian as two separate entities though, even if Ian gets his memories back.
It was good at some point, but then it feels like the story is just being dragged on. Too many misunderstandings that was you can feel like it’s forced “slap in on this chapter because why not”. Any way same feels about how there are similarities about brian and ian but I also just see them as separate being.
