I still think Kiss Me, Liar is better. The art style in Kiss Me, Liar fits the story much better, and even while reading Desire Me If You Can it's better than this, I couldn't help but notice the difference. It feels like they turned a lot of the characters into muscular mush that look the same. When Keith appeared in the recent chapters, I barely recognized him. He doesn't give off the same dominant alpha energy that he had before, especially when you compare him to the characters in Kiss Me, Liar. Even Dane from Kiss Me, Liar is designed much better. His appearance matches his personality and role in the story, while the character designs in Desire Me If You Can feel less distinctive and don't have the same impact just my opinion.

Honestly same :( When I first saw Dane at Kml and found out he was an Omega, my jaw dropped!! I was so excited when I found out he was gonna get a story of his own. But then I was met with this NO HATE TO THE ARTIST AND THEIR ARTSTYLE of course, I absolutely love all their works. I'm just dissapointed since I couldn't get the kind of artstyle I wanted to see on Dane

What ? You're disapointed omegas aren't depicted as small and fragile and hyper feminine ? Get out

Like this one has to be the real rage bait. How do you even read my comment and think I want Dane to be feminine when I literally said I love his design on kml? Is he not a buff, muscular dude there? Pmo
It really depends on what you focus on. Kiss me liar, was better in giving the characters some uniqueness and was pretty good when it came to facial expression. At the beginning the art was something you had to get used, but became later much better.
Kiss me if you can overall has very good art, but isn't as good with facial expression in some situations. But I think that the artist did Grayson well, when it came to facial exprsssion. The artist made Chase too buff, since he is actually pretty thin and has less musclemass than Josh.
"Desire me if you can", the artist is very good at drawing bodies. But I'm not really happy with their faces, expressions, and hair.
Well, taste is subjective, so you have every right to prefer the art style of whichever version you like best. However, *Desire* is the version that presents the most "canon-accurate" depictions of Grayson and Dane in most respects. I do like the way Dane is drawn in *Kiss Me Liar*, but it doesn't quite capture the Dane from the novel—who is described as having a very large chest, even more so than some women. The art in *Kiss Me If You Can* is pretty, but it’s even less faithful to the source material regarding Dane; worse yet, it lacks expressiveness and makes all the characters look too much alike. And believe me, a lack of expressiveness can kill *Desire*, especially since the story hinges on emotion—particularly for Grayson’s character. As surprising as it might seem to you, YP is the one who truly captures the vibe of the *Desire* novel—delivering great chibis, expressive and canon-accurate character designs, and a real knack for drawing comedy.
Except for the first chapter, I am very well satisfied with the art. It's just everyone is comparing it with others. When I heard first that it's going to YP I was already happy as YP is good with expressions which is very much a need for Grayson's character while KML and KMYIC arts is not that much good in terms of facial expressions. The only regret I have is Grayson's hair. They were described so beautifully in the novel and were a bit longer than this one.
Yeah and you're replying to someone saying they all turned into "muscle mush" PralineMoka
I apologize on my earlier comment for being harsh since I didn't see that part, but I'm not into feminine bottoms. I absolutely hate that shit and it's disgusting for me. And I was in a really bad mood so when you replied to me with that comment saying I like a thing I absolutely despise, it just set me off. I also only agreed because I specifically wanted to see the Dane on kml because I love the way they drew his face there. It's completely my fault for wording it poorly, and I agree with the three comments that replied right after my comment. Like I said, I love the artist of dmyc and I've read all of their works and also loved it, so I do not agree with the first half of their comment saying they've all turned into that because that's the type of shit I love
I really like the story I read the novel but ugh the art is not great compared to kiss me liar and kiss me if you can very disappointed
woah compared to kiss me liar...? are u fr?
