This story is too complex to give you an easy answer coz it will spoil it. There is mentions and brief depictions of rape, but in terms of an angsty story, I rate this low on the angst scale. ML is more of a fake red flag.

I would say he turns into a green flag. I really like how the left the entire rape thing behind and focused on consensus. But I also feel like there was never a need to include the rape idea. Regardless tho they improve.
