You are correct this is his brothers story/ follows the group in college now the character you mention still indeed is mentioned a few times it’s an enjoyable read I don’t think I cried to this one the way I did to the other one

The last chapter which is the end of season has always been there months ago, they didn't published it because the fan scanlation requires payment, also in the the official site in Webtoon, you need to pay for early chapter (had to buy it on webtoon cause it's good) then it gets free on April 8
