I haven't been able to find anything to read in so long because everything is ongoing and I get annoyed when they're dropped out of nowhere/don't get updated in years so now I only read completed manga (〜￣△￣)〜

Is there any way to see a list of all the tags a manga has? On the side it only lists a few and I would like to see more but I don't see an option for that
When adding a new manga I noticed they added a subscribe checklist button. Does this send you emails/phone notifications or just the updates on this site?
It's the same as usual, updates on the site. It's just better for people who give poor ratings to stories they dislike since they won't have a notification every time the disliked story has an update (I've been there :^)

"Tonari-no Kaibutsu-kun"* seems fast at first, but it’s actually well-paced.
Iirc, “Can't See Can't Hear But Love” is slow-paced
"Gokusen"* is VEEEEEEEEERY slow, but great (the chapters on this site have the epilogues first, so be careful).
One of the couples in "Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha."* takes a long time to happen.
"Kiss yori mo Hayaku"
"Love So Life"
"Koi dano Ai dano"*, but be sure to read the prequel, "Warau Kanoko-sama" first.

First and last recommendations are the most like "Toradora". Haven’t read/seen the others. Other recommendations are just slow romances I think are good.

I even tried clicking all notifications but that doesn't work either because no notifications show at all, for manga, comments, etc.
It says I always have notifications too but when I click on the bell nothing happens ><"
Sorry... I'm not sure how to fix it but maybe you could try contacting Mangago about the issue. Maybe they can fix it for you.

yeh, my noti problem was cuz of ublock and pg loading problem was cuz of anti-virus ╮(￣▽￣)╭
