In the scene when those guy broke into the warehouse ... Dohyun attacked one of the guys who then beat him. When Dohyun in on the floor, the guy takes a piece of iron and it's about to finish him up but Sungho blocks the iron with his hand. The metal impales his hand and he only bandaged it, that's why he's still bleeding from the wound.
I don't think that is Sungho's blood. If you look closely at Sungho's hand at page 29 you will see that his hand is perfectly clean. I am not saying that you are wrong though, I am just saying what I think.
