the author did so well in conveying the expressions and emotions of the characters! i love the way todd was drawn because even though he has innocent/docile looking features, he gives off such creepy and unsettling vibes throughout the story that keeps the reader wondering what’s wrong with him or knowing he isn’t human.

i think changjo also passed in the end and that’s the reason he was able to “see” yeonhwa again. In a way it’s a sad ending but also quite beautiful because he got to experience spring through yeonhwa — which was his greatest wish before he met him. Also, the white lily is commonly used in funerals in korea, so i feel that him holding onto it at the end is like yeonhwa’s last gift to him, symbolizing he passed on peacefully and reunited with him finally.

i cant enjoy any cute moment in this manhwa without wondering what bad thing is gonna happen to them next
