Honestly living the side stories and the new angst arc, cause I felt like the manhua ended with a few too many loose ends. So this is basically just closing one of those major ones. I'll be the one eating this shi up since you guys don't wanna no more
in my opinion this is kind of creating loose ends that didnt exist this arc has happened before if im not mistaken. the grandfather interfering with their relationship is a plot point thats been done. and the parents ended up helping resolve it. so it doesnt really make sense to drag this out again...

From my point it felt abit too half-hearted the way they introduced and resolved the previous conflict with the grandfather though. Cause the way the introduced him, it felt more like he's supposed to be this super powerful figure not just in the family but also the business scene, but the situation ended up being resolved so quickly it felt pointless having him introduced like that. They should've just left him out of the original story
I was thinking the same I hope they become like sisters it would make me happy. I also hope MC doesn't forgive her fake older brother. If he truly loved her he would fight for her but he didn't.
