okay so I don't completely get the ending, it seems like mc was indeed sociopathic ever since a young age? and the dad wasn't actually lying when he said he never wanted to kill him? does the girl know about his past then? that he was already inherently fucked up?...

When Jin confesses to Kyun that he's been helping his dad murder women, he tells her it's been going on for a long time, even before elementary school. So yeah, she knows he's been manipulated since a young age, and he even admits he thought it was 'normal' until around middle school when he learned from internet/news about criminals and murder.

(A) yes and no. it's subjective. you can never fully isolate nature vs. nurture (genetics or his upbringing). but consider this: a 100% sociopath would not have bonded with Kyun, or "forgiven" his father. in the latter case, there would have been no emotional connection to begin with (B) dad was telling the truth. he loved Jin in his own, stunted way (C) the main char told the girl about his past in earlier chapters, yeah. it was Kyun's call to decide whether he was fucked up - and her conclusion was that he had full power over the meaning of his actions. i.e. choosing not to kill the female serial killer; to choose mercy over brutality... and this is actually the case! he forgives his father in the series climax, and damn was it an immersive, satisfying read
