I remember a manhwa where the Alpha has gold eyes where he get anxious or excited... but I'm not sure the setting is in the States. And the art is quite different. I have loved it

The only other thing I remember is that there were a lot of side couples in that manhwa and in the last chapter, they all took a family photo with all the side couples and their kids (cus they're all friends)
