As much as I’m nervous about this potential cheating plot in the future, I have full faith the author won’t go that route. On their twitter it’s so clear that she loves the main characters together and frankly cheating 77 chapters in would completely ruin her story as well as completely drop her viewers if she happened to go that route. For those that haven’t seen the other comments that mentions this, in the authors other story the ML seems to do “unofficial undercover operations” as in the other story he was disguised as a police officer and then as a prison guard but whether he’s a gangster going undercover as a cop or a high ranking cop undercover as a gangster is still up in the air. I do love myself an undercover story tho
