I see that Japanese authors aren't shy about their titles anymore nowadays, the longer and the more lewd sounding, the better. It's so much different than 15 yrs ago, when titles were supposed to be concise & just kind of hinting at lewdness, unless of course, if the work belongs in the hard core hentai category. (⌒▽⌒)
One thing I don't understand is how these characters shun alpha x alpha romantic relationship in this universe. Be it Aeroc or Kloff, both were initially so repulsed by the idea of alpha having sex with another alpha which led to the tragedy in the fist timeline, & is currently still an issue & a deterrent to their romantic progress in the second timeline. I don't understand the reasoning for it. Also, Aeroc turned into an Omega by taking drugs in the first timeline. In the second, there was no mention so far of him taking the drugs, & yet he emitted the omega pheromones? What happened, did he just inherited the traits from the past? My guess is that since Aeroc has changed his gender & is no longer an alpha, Kloff won't see pursuing him as such a taboo anymore. At least I hope so, & we'll get to see the romantic development soon.
They probably view it in the same way as gay relationships have been viewed throughout certain countries in history.

This is one of those series that got updated only once in a blue moon, & every time it does, I'm always like, where was I before? Lol, I wish I were born with more brain cells, & unfortunately my life style is killing more & more of the few brain cells I have left everyday... Sigh, can't say I'm liking the progression of this arc. When the ML just went MIA for so long, & the love interest is always on the brink of being NTR'ed by the antagonist, the tension becomes too tiring for me to bear. I hope this will resolve soon, & then it can take off in another direction to the finish line.

So hot tempered, always misconstruing the other party's intentions/feelings through the smallest gestures/words/innocent & mundane things like wearing cologne. Not to mention he has psychopathic tendency too, violently killing people so casually like stomping on some ants... I dunno, I don't think falling for a guy like this is good for anyone. Both Rapiel & Aeroc should stay far far away...

I've just watched the drama. Plotwise, I think this is quite interesting, though some parts are not quite believable. The family was portrayed as very kind to a fault. And you would've thought they'd learn the lesson the hard way the first time they were met with tragedy & that they'd know better not to engage directly with a crook who had destroyed their lives once before. But no, they had to hide things & play along until it got so badly out of hand before they finally decided to come clean to the authorities to get help. Yeah, who needs police in the world of manhwa right, it's way more interesting & dramatic to take care of everything with your own hands. The kind parents taught & passed their kindness to their adoptive daughter, who then exercised it with the same abandon it was beyond the level of stupid that got the parents here in the first place. I mean, I get that guilt can be a strong motivator, but to have someone be so willing manipulated into potentially destroying their whole life by taking responsibility of a murder of a close friend is so stupid. I found these parts of the plot to be unrealistic, but otherwise it was entertaining enough as a mystery drama. Looking through the available chapters here, it seemed like the artist could've done better. I think the expressions were drawn overly extreme, & knowing the full plot, i don't think they were appropriate for the occasion. Unless, the manhwa followed a different plotline than the drama. Overall, I think the drama is worth watching, so skip the manhwa & give the drama a try if you have the time.
