Ojindam or Grandam is just something Ebihara and Tashiro likes and the grandam sticker inside Segas wallet is the sticker Mei gave him in chapter 19. It doesn't really have a back story, it's just grandpa + gundam and taiebi are a fan of it but Sega doesn't know about it because Mei gave the rare sticker to Sega.
