In the first timeline Ido's brother raped uke, then uke fled to his own apartment. Ido found him and smelling another alpha on him went crazy, marked and raped uke. This all happened almost on the same day. After all of this Sejin was kind of ignored and confined in the house. Then later uke found out he's pregnant and he didn't know who's father. This was the last straw, so he went to the studio, took that gun and waited for Ido while sitting on the couch. When seme came and saw Sejin, uke shot himself and bled to death on Idos arms. This is from Sejin's pov.
From Ido's pov we see, that when he marked uke they formed one - sided bond on Ido's side, so he tried to stay out of Sejin's way, cause he felt very guilty from what he did and deep fear through the bond. In short that fear Sejin felt for Ido overshadowed ukes feelings of depression and abandonment even longing for human warm in this bond.
About the baby, Ido knew he's the father.
After Sejin's suicide Ido didn't last long and killed himself same way as uke. All these intense feelings were not erased, they stayed with Ido in this second chance, even now that one - sided bond showed to seme what Sejin was feeling.
