You've a point that lily can do whatever she wants to do but remember that Anna past was one of a train wreck, a parents who didn't give a single fuck about her and just getting beaten up in front of everyone, the love she knew was one hell of a crap and that's sad asf but after meeting lily that's where she started to feel it for the first time, their feelings was supposed to be mutual I mean IT IS mutual but what can Anna do? When both of their status is different, shes just a mere servant while lily is one of the nobles, if you look at Anna perspective closely you would understand of why exactly Anna keeps avoiding and ignoring lily feelings, it's because she thinks it's better this way and she should know her position when it comes to their status, she desire lily that she has to refrain herself from doing the same thing lily desires towards her too and indeed it's also painful for lily side too that Anna isn't giving her the love she felt towards her and lily is probably already thinking about you know "why she doesn't like me? Or what's the reason of why?" And she should've think MORE about it, lily isn't thinking of what exactly WHY but then she got easily swayed by the red ass woman so easily and that just confirmed that lily is easy to manipulate I mean lily side too was also a shitty environment and probably wanted to be loved by somebody or something like that but man with just one sentence, lily got into her fingers TOO easily and move on to her faster that lightning McQueen because of the reason Anna left her and she should've at least trust her but nope she went and did seggs with the red ass woman and that' just confirmed (imo) that lily is basically scared of being lonely and just wants to be loved and just by thinking of Anna leaving her like that and thinking she got nobody which the red ass woman took advantage with it and ye they did it so in conclusion both of them are stupid, what they need is proper communication and lily should've at least trust Anna back then but she didn't, her overthinking got to her...and you cant honestly blame her for that but I don't know if I'll be able to see that when she already got swayed by the red ass woman this simple and basically that red ass woman is just being between them and using lily as an entertainment with what she usually do with the woman remember that time lily found out how many woman were she having seggs with, I'm not in anyone side for now because everything about the situation right now is just stupid they need to properly communicate both of them/srsly because I'm on the verge of hell on dropping this if there won't be any development between the two of them and for the hopes of the red ass woman to just fuck off.

Lily does have the right to do whatever she wants, you are 1000% correct. Anna also has the right to feel however she wants because it is her own personal feelings and she's 100% entitled to feel happy, sad, mad, or any emotion under the sun that she wants. What she isn't allowed to do is police Lily's actions and accuse her of wrongdoing, because Anna has no right to do that as they aren't in a relationship, and like you said she has rejected Lily repeatedly. But even though Lily has the right to do whatever she wants with whoever, it kinda looks like she is feeling somewhat guilty like she made a mistake or did something wrong by having sex with the Duchess... and she seems desperate to talk it out with Anna, to change the way Anna is feeling about her sleeping with redhead.

Which is why they need to sort things out or else everything will go down right to the wrong road and this is what the situation is going, if both of them won't approach or communicate properly with each other at the end of the day, between them will end up crumble without knowing each other's feeling and for that very reason lily needs to step up for it, no not just lily but either of them needs to stand up and talk each other's out and lily should stop getting deceived by the red ass woman and should think what she should do to fix everything to make things rights, none of them can't be blame for the whole situation because both of their feelings aren't reaching to each other that's why I can't really say none other than them being stupid if theyre going to keep this negativity and hide their feelings away from each other, the red ass woman will keep going with her manipulating lily because she knows both of their feelings are mutual and it's taking advantage of it, the manhwa is just full of crap right now and I can't even root either with them because of how they're both hiding each others feeling up and not even doing a thing and think about what they should do.

Agree with you that they need to talk it out. I was just correcting the OP when they said Anna does not get to be mad about Lily's f#ck up. Although they haven't been reciprocal on a sexual level regarding the sharing of feelings etc, they have already gotten to the stage of saying they love each other... even though love can take many forms not just romantic... Lily is mainly to blame for her own actions though. It's not Anna's fault that the redhead lied to Lily, nor is it Anna's fault that Lily believed it and ended up having sex with her. Sure her lack of discussion contributed to whatever negative feelings that Lily may have been feeling, but she isn't responsible or accountability for Lily's individual actions. If the roles were reversed and it was Anna that slept with someone else, I'd say the same thing that Anna is responsible for her own actions. Also had I been in Lily's position, even if for some reason I was too naive and dense to fact check or look for Anna, I know for damn sure I'd be bawling my eyes out in my room mourning the lost of the person I loved... I'd be too hurt to even consider fucking the baddie of the house

I'm guessing they are on their way back from work, so saying "Hi good work today" makes sense.
Similar to how you say excuse me all the time in english, it can be used in a few different situations.
I would say it's the norm to say this with work-related ppl.
E.g. I sometimes talk to an ex-college, from the admins of the place I worked at, and unless it's the early morning, I start off by saying "Otsukaresama desu".
