It's the same but the other one is with the Yaoi scenes. But personally I think reading the mature one is unnecessary because the Yaoi scenes are almost non existent
Basically read this one until season 2, then read season 2+ on the mature version, once you've run out of episode hop onto this side, it might be a couple of episode behind or after but it'll be easy to find
Though low key you don't technically need to read the mature version if you're here for the plot
