I’m looking for an older transmigration manhwa. I’m very fairly certain that it’s a manhwa and not a manga (but still take it with a grain of salt).
It’s definitely older, from back when webtoons weren’t really a thing and basically everything was black and white pages. I even remember it being difficult to find Korean manhwa at all, and I for sure read it on a manga site that’s no longer around lol.
The MC is female, with long light colored hair (likely blonde but again black/white pages and I can’t remember what the cover looked like).
It does end up being some kind of a love story with the king or prince of whatever nation she wakes up in. I also really want to say she ended up there after falling into water (sort of like scarlet heart ryeo). I recall the vibe being more supernatural and dragons type of historical fantasy rather than like pretty dresses and fancy tea parties historical fantasy.
It’s driving me nuts and I can’t remember enough besides the vaguest of scenes towards the end to find it. Please give anything and everything that even sort of reminds you of this!
This whole conversation feels like it was just forced so the author can drag out telling us shit
It was kinda a hard read
this conversation is word for word in the novel and its important because euijae keeps thinking about sayoung like he’s responsible for him (aka like a little brother) but sayoung doesnt want euijae to feel like that because he doesnt want to be seen as a little brother he wants to be on equal terms (aka look at me not as a brother but a romantic partner) but he doesnt want to just dump all of that on euijae and change his mind, he wants euijae to realize on his own, thats why he’s letting him think about it instead of telling him
does sayoung already see euijae in a romantic light and want a relationship with him in that sense here or was it supposed to be more "rely on me, don't feel like you're all alone in the world" type equals that can fight together for a better future or sth like that
( not challenging you just genuinely asking )
I’d say both
he has Always seen him in a romantic light
excuse my more questions but doest this mean sayoung was attracted to euijae from the beginning when they met as adults -- so he found euijae interesting, useful, and was attracted to him so somewhat became attached to him?
and did he just feel a general attachment + affinity towards J as a child without any romantic feelings?
