On the novel updates forum, there's a spoiler post where it mentions that there is an amnesia arc in the side stories. It apparently is once they already have two children. However, I have not read the novel and there's some people saying that doesn't happen Atp I don't know, but the forum is the root of the information.

I've read the side story. Even though he forgot them he's still crazy about her and she very happy with his demeanor during his amnesia time (she don't know he forgot all about them until he remembered everything)
