like i get that he doesnt want to contribute to any violence, especially as a vampire and especially after the prison break but PLEASE defend yourself one time..
this couldve been a really good story if jess actually had any semblance of standing up for himself and im talking actual integrity bc he either folds and resigns himself if he does fight back or he acts out of affection to yohan (i need to leave him bc i love him too much and this is bad for him) like even when he went into depression he just accepts life with yohan after a while like dawg u are straight up a prisoner

righttt?? it could have been wayyy better if he did! it was a generally unique plot for vampire BLs as far as i’ve read myself.. if he genuinely stood his ground, yohan couldve actually started respecting him and his boundaries (yohan would NEVER do that tho )
