Oh my god BRO Genuinely who wrote this? It’s the most rushed and idiotic story I’ve ever read. At the very prologue it was stated that she regretted making a promise to marry the ml when they were kids AND THEN IN THE END, THEY MARRY HAPPILY WITHOUT A SINGLE EVENT SHOWING THE CORRELATION TO THOSE LINES IN THE START. There were no character development from the two, instead they were shown as mary sues who were already perfect if not for the one thing. Carlos being “cursed” or a “chosen” and Ella who was just a commoner. HELL THEY NEVER EVEN FURTHER FOCUSED ON CARLOS BEING A CHOSEN OH MY GOD REMEMBERING MORE ABOUT WHATS SO WRONG WITH THIS STORY IS MAKING ME EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED .
Not only that but from the title, you’d think the main character would be the crown prince’s childhood friend which is ELLA. “Surviving as the crown prince’s childhood friend” yet all I’m seeing here is a story focused on the crown prince, HIMSELF and not a single thing about ella surviving properly. Sure, she survived in the academy but her hardships were never shown and instead focused more on Carlos. At that point, you could’ve made the title something about carlos and not ella.
