Rastha will eventually get what she deserve. But I hope the emporer will also face some backlash but right now in the novel he is putting everything on Rastha even though he was also scheming
Also while the emporer and Rastha's life is a mess bc of their schemes (emporer was trying to give her fake parents to hide her slave orgin. He made Rashta empress so she could become a child producing machine since he thought the empress was infertile (I actually think it's him though) so the children they produce could become legitimate children after he gets what he wants, he will then divorce Rastha and get rid of her, then he will marry Navier again so she could become the mother of them... (so fucked up, but Navier isn'tcoming back))
They also find out that Rastha's baby is not the emperor's daughter, in addition they find out the baby father (and he to blame everything on Rastha in the trail).
Later in the novel. Navier is pregnant with Henley's baby. And the trail (where Rastha becomes the scapegoat) They are watching it. And honestly it's a really unfair trail. However before the trail Rastha becomes crazy and even tries to murder someone who was helping her escape the trail bc they all know she will become the scapegoat. And everyone else involved will not be blamed except for Rastha. Even the fake parents blamed Rastha and they don't even know her. Btw there were to fake couples bc the lord or Duke who helps Rastha right now helped her with schemes but he later turn against her and asks for his money back from Rastha first (even though she is in that mess) and then the emporer who becomes angry.
Another thing Navier and Henly did not get out of the emperor's territory easy. Bc the emporer was keeping them hostagebc he did not want Navier to go.... the emporer does love Navier and Navier soon realizes she did love him but she never knew he loved her bc Rastha is not the first mistress/concubine he has. And he thought Navier did not love him bc she was always so cold to him
Actually... I believe the second child she has is the emperor's legitimate child. I think it's Duke Elgy that dupes the paternity tests.
It's possible. But he wasn't the one who proceed the tests, he just showed up with Rastha oldest child and told them about her past life. They basically took blood from the emperor, the child and the allegedly father and found out the daughter was not his. And Rastha was crying at that time saying the daughter is the emporers child. The novel is still ongoing so we will have to see.
Here I was thinking that the emperor didn't have a working braincell.

I’m not really sure but after reading some of the translated novel I’m kind of confused but is Heinley evil? It makes is seem like he killed many of his family members. I’m not really sure though because the translation is confusing.
Yeah Elgy later give Sovieshit a safe and inside it says the princess is his legitimate daughter. Then Elgy runs off. It's related to Alicia, the previous concubine. I think Elgy is somehow related to her but I haven't finished reading it
My opinion of Heinley really changed the more I read of the novel. I don't think he is evil but...he definitely does some dodgy shit?? His brothers wife commits suicide but really it was because Heinley made her life miserable. And he also is the cause of the mages losing their abilities in the eastern empire. The way he plots revenge is a little disturbing. Also he really enjoys shoving his relationship with Navier in sovieshits face..like almost too much?
I didn't know that. I am at chapter 200 and the daughter is not mention anymore. Maybe they will come back to that in some future chapters. Right know Rasta is locked inside a tower(?). And the empower is drinking away his sadness, remembering Naviee and regretting what he did to her so.... also I heard a rumored saying Navier is having twinsヾ(☆▽☆) hope it's true ahahha
He is definitely not a saint to say the least, but i wouldn't call him evil maybe revengeful. But there is defintly something more between Henly and the easteren kingdom. But right now it seems like he is planning on runing the Eastern kingdom (I think bc of small hints throughout the story like his missing portray spies, the Duke helping Rastha (what does he gain from it??) And so on. And I don't think Navier was a part of the plan but she became a bonus. This is just may theory.
