I read it ages ago so I don’t know how much you can trust my memory

So Joshua has previously been Chase’s bodyguard, this is not the first time, that’s how they met. Chase was a virgin and never believed in releasing his pheromones by sleeping with just anyone, he always wanted to have sex with someone he loves. One night he goes into rut and blacks out as usual, but this time Josh is checking on him and Chase makes a move. Josh was drawn in by his scent and bottomed for the first time ever. They had sex and Chase knotted Josh, that’s how he got pregnant but Josh was gone before Chase woke up and Chase had no memory of it.
At first Josh hid the child because of Chase and his family’s reputation. Chase is known as the ‘mad dog’, so Josh thought the Millers might harm him and his son or maybe accuse him of trying to get money from the Millers… but now that they’re together Josh still hasn’t told Chase because he feels it’s too much to dump all of that on Chase and thinks Chase still hates omegas and might not want to be a father.

I hope that made sense lol but read the novel if it doesn’t, it’s worth it.
