This story is well written in character and plot. Each character has their own personality, motive and paths that we may or may not see.
An example is the MCs mom, who was abused and had trauma that was reflected over time. It was hinted, focused on, then moved forward in the background, touched upon again and finally had the courage to step forward.
The plot moved at a good pace, didn’t force all characters down our throat and had introduced them when it made sense. It’s not perfect for everyone and there were moments when I wanted to quickly scroll past the predictable scenes or messy translations but as a causal romance with pacing and politics, I would recommend it.
From a previous chapter, the quack was mentioned to be a madman prior to the incident 15 years ago. Now they say he’s super nice. With the Alpha monster, a mental type in his lab, could it have invaded the quacks mind? Otherwise you’re telling me this super powerful monster is just being contained in a lab that doesn’t have S level espers?! With chapter 67, it is possible to have two personalities or two beings in the same body
