My god, it's only chapter 2, wtf is this pacing? I can already see that the author will retcon how strong she actually was by saying "due to her special ability, she was given a rank beyond her level and the others of the same rank are thousands of levels higher" like how the hell does one make the MC essentially become one of the top 8 strongest beings in chapter 2??

Funnily enough, he looks just like I imagined him from the novel. What happened to him is quite sad.
It feels very inconsistent. The part where he just "didn't pay attention" and got caught 3 times in a matter of seconds is just so absurd to me. How am I supposed to see the MC as a strong character if he just randomly doesn't notice an attack coming his way 50% of the time?
And how come the squad captain, who was hyped up to be very strong, is suddenly the weakest member?
