Ok, check this points:
1. Consortium members were former Outfit members who stole from the organization, trying to create their own branch
2. Fletcher said that Enzo kept them close to take the money back and give it back to Outfit to gain power, and then killed them for that reason
3. She also said that someone else had the same idea, that's why she approached them as well and was holding their assets
4. Enzo said THAT someone was his grandfather, since Fletcher was his grandpa's lover. Well, there's a question, is the grandpa still alive and only dead to Enzo, or he's actually six feet under?
5. Rian used the time that Enzo was distracted with his meeting to get the footage he had hidden (Fletcher's footage) and run away, since Shadow signaled that their boss (Vulture's boss) has found a buyer for the information they couldn't sell before (the chip about the Umbra project that Rian had stolen during season 1), and that he should come back

He's already an old man. I reckon author Chan realised she'd better wrap a few things up if she wants the rest of animation to see the light of day. At the current pace, we're only another ten years away to the ending.
On a separate note, as much as I'd love to see them end up together, the image of them walking hand in hand into the sunset just doesn't feel right for a masterpiece like this. Probably an unpopular opinion, but this is a classic manga and a sugary happy ending would feel out of place.
At least we got Y's salvation. Now I have a feeling things are about to get very dark, so brace yourselves.
