All i can think of is, if Kim Dan were to die... Jaekjung would have to tell Dan's grandma that she outlived him... does she even know he got stabbed? T_T
I thought it was kinda implied the last time they were at the hospital and when they were on the beach that was her passing and the last time they would see her :/ obviously they've not done a funeral and I may be wrong but that was the vibe I had T_T
