Honestly I really liked the male lead. At the beginning he was a total psycho and I didn't like him but at the end he changed because he loved fl and he developed genuine feelings towards other people.

It's just doesn't sit in with me. When I'm rejecting someone, my decision is final. Courtship you can do before someone rejects you, since you don't know the answer. I don't see anything "brain dead" it's just a normal thing, like respecting boundaries. I think the mc didn't respect that and that's it. I hope the story will get better though.
