For all who are curious/confused as hell, YnM hasn't been discontinued!! There was a very long hiatus because the mangaka had a disease and couldn't write or draw, but she came back a couple years ago with a completely redrawn version of previous chapters in Volume 12 in a drastically new art style (which you can find here: https://mangarock.com/manga/mrs-serie-278096). The volume helps to clarify a lot of the confusion we've been having for a while with the seemingly incoherent chapters. As for official English releases, Viz is supposedly re-releasing all of the volumes up to 11 and then releasing 12! Hope this helped!

Since a lot of people here seem to be confused on the chapter orders, I would suggest you read it elsewhere, at sites like kissmanga. They tend to be more orderly and reliable in their updating and organization of the chapters, so you may understand the story much much better!! (=・ω・=) Also, this manga has been licensed in english so it probably stopped updating here.
I think it's really rude of some people to complain about how the characters look too pretty or girly. This is the author's own personal art style, and it's obviously the result of many years of hard work and experimentation. It's one of the most beautiful styles I've seen in a long time, and quite frankly I'd say many of the characters look manly even if they're not gigantic bodybuilders. So please don't deprecate this manhwa for having characters that are "too pretty" and "not manly enough" because it's not true.
If Carvel and the other guys are not manly then I must not be human.
