This is gonna be really hard to nail on the head because the description is like 75% of all manhwas, especially BL reads.
Anyway:
The mc is thrown into book with obsessive ml, thinking it was temporary and all a fun game, he follows the plot only for him to realize that this was now his life and he can't back out.
He regrets drinking and accepting the ml's offer of wine (I think) even knowing it was drugged with a sleeping pill.
I remember them doing the do, and this plot was so insane to me, I didn't know what I was getting into. Anyway, after that, the mc had to pee (I hate waterworks btw-ts is so unnecessary). But he can't just waltz over to the bathroom because the crazy ml as him chained up by the ankle to the bed.
He did 'help' him to the bathroom though, and as I mentioned before, I hate waterworks, so I stopped reading.
It really seems like I hated this manhwa, and tbh I think it won't be for me--but my curiosity of how it goes and ends is eating me tf up alive. Like, I keep thinking about it, and I need to know how it goes.
