I'm so bored rn, I want to read a very dramatic, absurd story that will make my blood pressure rise.
Don't really care about the genre (it can be a shounen, seinen, yuri, bl, shoujou, whatever). The drama can come from a character who can't help but be a btch, anyway I want some interesting ones.
To give you an idea, I want the equivalent of Penthouse. Something stupid but DAMN entertaining, and I't talking about a manga/manhwa btw not a tv show or a movie

I read it a while ago, but in the manhwa the mc is the fiancé of the ML (?) and she comes to face a girl (blondie?) Who got isekaid there from another world. In the og story the ml falls in love with the new girl, but from what i remember in their story the ml doesn't even pay attention to the blondie.

do you remember FL and ML's hair color ? where they both noble or royals ? did FL have siblings or abusive parents ? was there magic ?
Ahh sadly I don't remember much about their appearances. I think ml had dark hair and might have been a duke or a crown prince.
They chose to adapt this trash. And the adaptation speaks for itself. The way they'll adapt it will just be taking the worst parts of this story, and either taking them out (because painting an abused runaway teenage slave as a villain like what is done in the manhwa wouldn't be well received), or romanticizing them (classism is so cool!).
Also I'm sorry but the white european cosplays are taking me out. If you can tell me, eye-to-eye, that you wouldn't be taken out of a korean historical fantasy released by HBO where Angelina Jolie, and, idk, Chris Pratt act in hanboks in historical Joseon then I have nothing but respect for your kin.
This is literally an ADAPTATION. They could have adapted the story to fit in their own history, it would have made it actually interesting, all it would take would be costume changes. But nope, that's too much thinking for them. They literally took out a major character from what I see in the cast announced, as the dude who manipulates Rashta and causes her death literally isn't in the drama. Yet Khrista or whatever her name is, is. Navier was already a mary sue to begin with, now they've somehow worsened that. I smell a very bad adaptation that could have had the decency to make the story better, instead of telling it from Navier's pov, actually questionning it, and using a completely external viewpoint where you see a bunch of characters suffer and be a-holes at the same time as they crumble because of the very system they care for, which the story miserably failed to do. They literally excell in those stories. Ughhhhh
